Rhotekin-2 (RTKN2) may play an important role in lymphopoiesis []. Human RTKN2 contains an N-terminal Rho-binding domain and a PH (pleckstrin homology) domain, therefore, it is predicted to be a member of the rhotekin family, whose members are Rho-GTPase effector proteins [].
