ICA69 is enriched in the Golgi complex, and its N-terminal half contains a BAR-domain []. ICA69 forms heteromeric BAR-domain complexes with another cytosolic lipid-binding protein, PICK1. Together they are key regulators of the formation and maturation of insulin granules []. |
