Intense staining in the structures of roundish shape that are more often located in the nucleoplasm outside the nucleolus precursor body (NPBs), and in elongated arcuate shape zones localized at the periphery of the NPBs. The rest of the nucleoplasm is stained diffusely. Colocalized with heterochromatin in fewareas at the NPB periphery as well as in the nucleoplasm without association with NPBs. |
