Type  MGI:General Description  the overall number of DN cells is decreased however these now make up about 95% of the total thymocytes CD25+CD44- DN cells make up about 80% of the total DN cells compared to less than 50% in littermate controls CD25-CD44- DN cells are reduced to about 4% of the total DN cells compared to less than about 30% in littermate controls
