Located in several cellular components, including growth cone; neuronal cell body; and photoreceptor inner segment. Is expressed in several structures, including brain; hemolymphoid system gland; liver; otocyst; and retina. Orthologous to human DYNLT1 (dynein light chain Tctex-type 1).
