Type  disruption phenotype Description  Mutant mice has normal litter size. At 12 months of age they show significant increase in body weight, which is partly due to fat accumulation in the liver with a subsequent increase in liver mass (PubMed:32092411). They display an abnormal red blood cell morphology, similar to macrocytic anemia characterized by fewer, larger and heterogeneous red cells (PubMed:32092412).
