| molecularNote | A bidirectional tetracycline/doxycycline- (tet/dox-) responsive promoter drives expression in one direction of the E. coli lacZ (beta-galactosidase) gene, and in the other direction of a LINE1 retrotransposition reporter cassette ("ORFeus").
