| abstractText | Data from the Consortium: Deciphering the Mechanisms of Developmental Disorders (DMDD) are downloaded and integrated into MGI regularly. MGI downloads mouse phenotype data from DMDD containing Mammalian Phenotype Ontology (MP) terms and corresponding allele, mutant ES cell line, and genetic background information. Following quality control measures to assure object identity, MGI associates DMDD-assigned MP annotations to corresponding genotypes. DMDD data are integrated, displayed and searchable along with MGI's curated and loaded data sets from publications and other distributed resources.
