abstractText | The murine C1-inhibitor protein is 482 amino acids long. It consists of an N-terminal domain of 118 amino acids rich in proline and threonine and a serpin domain. The N-terminal domain has 39% identity with the corresponding regions of human and bovine C1 inhibitor. |
