Type  function Description  E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which may specifically enhance the E2 activity of HIP2. E3 ubiquitin ligases accept ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfer the ubiquitin to targeted substrates (By similarity). May be involved in T-cell proliferation by regulating LIF secretion (PubMed:15670816). May play a role in lysosome homeostasis (By similarity).
