| abstractText | Data from the WTSI Mouse Resources Portal were downloaded and integrated into MGI. MGI represents phenotype data as Mammalian Phenotype (MP) controlled vocabulary annotations to genotype objects. We downloaded data from the Mouse Resources Portal database (now retired) that contained allele and genetic background information to make automated genotype objects in MGI and associate the WTSI assigned MP annotations with these genotypes. These data were thus integrated, and are displayed and searchable along with MGI's loaded and curated data sets from published resources and other contributed information. The WTSI Mouse Resources portal has been replaced and the data and genomic cassette/design information previously available via it are now available from the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (http://www.mousephenotype.org/). |
