Type  MGI:General Description  more than 50% of female mice develop fatal thrombotic complications within 10 days of delivery mice that die prematurely exhibit dilation and obstruction by a large white mass in the left superior vena cava, left jugular vein, inferior vena cava, coronary vein, right heart, aorta/aortic arch, pulmonary atrioles, and/or pulmonary artery often accompanied by calcium deposits and leukocyte infiltrates unlike in wild-type mice at E17.5, mice occasionally exhibit minimal fibrinogen deposition in the heart and/or liver unlike in wild-type mice
