Search our database by keyword

Examples

  • Search this entire website. Enter identifiers, names or keywords for genes, diseases, strains, ontology terms, etc. (e.g. Pax6, Parkinson, ataxia)
  • Use OR to search for either of two terms (e.g. OR mus) or quotation marks to search for phrases (e.g. "dna binding").
  • Boolean search syntax is supported: e.g. Balb* for partial matches or mus AND NOT embryo to exclude a term

Search results 101 to 121 out of 121 for Dynlrb1

Protein Domain
Type: Family
Description: Dynein light chain roadblock proteins (DYNLRB1 and DYNLRB2) are non-catalytic accessory components of the cytoplasmic dynein 1 complex. The dynein light chains are required for the correct assembly of the dynein complex and have been implicated in controlling its association with cargo molecules. DYNLRB1 and DYNLRB2 can also be found in the dynein-2 complex [].Dynein-1 is comprised of a dimer of heavy chain subunits, which associate with two copies of an intermediate chain two copies of one of two light intermediate chains and a number of light chain subunits [including the dynein light chain (DYNLL1), roadblock (DYNLRB1 and DYNLRB2) and Tctex families (DYNLT1, DYNLT3) [].
Protein Domain
Type: Domain
Description: This domain can be found in the roadblock proteins and LAMTOR2 proteins. Dynein light chain roadblock proteins (DYNLRB1 and DYNLRB2) are non-catalytic accessory components of the cytoplasmic dynein 1 complex. The dynein light chains are required for the correct assembly of the dynein complex and have been implicated in controlling its association with cargo molecules. DYNLRB1 and DYNLRB2 can also be found in the dynein-2 complex [].LAMTOR2 is part of the ragulator complex involved in amino acid sensing and activation of mTORC1, a signalling complex promoting cell growth in response to growth factors, energy levels, and amino acids [, ].
