Description: Tankyrase-1 (TANK1) is a poly-ADP-ribosyltransferase involved in various processes, including the Wnt signaling pathway, telomere length regulation and vesicle trafficking [, , , ]. In telomere length regulation and sister chromatid separation, it binds to the N terminus of telomeric TERF1 via the ANK repeats [].
