| abstractText | MGI accepts data from the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) and its Micro-Injection Tracking System (iMITS) to create novel endonuclease-mediated alleles (CRISPR-generated) produced by participating centers of The Knockout Mouse Project 2 (KOMP2). The reference creates new endonuclease-mediated allele records and associates mutation details with each allele.
