abstractText  MGI regularly downloads data from the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) via its Genome Targeting Repository (GenTaR) platform to create novel endonuclease-mediated alleles produced by participating centers using CRISPR technology. GenTaR has fully replaced the previous International Micro-Injection Tracking System (iMits) and it is IMPC's current production and phenotyping data tracking system. The load creates new endonuclease-mediated allele records and associates mutation details with each allele. More information about the IMPC data set including raw data may be found at the IMPC website: http://www.mousephenotype.org/. Additional information about GenTar can be found at: https://www.mousephenotype.org/help/mouse-production/production-tracking-imits/.
