| abstractText | This paper investigates whether differences in measures of sexual behaviour between strains of the house mouse (Mus musculus) are related to differences in the levels of plasma testosterone. There was found to be a significant negative correlation between measures of sexual behaviour and plasma testosterone. This correlation was not behaviourally mediated, and could be demonstrated for some of the behavioural measures in an F2 generation. |
