| description | To characterize the role of CCR4-NOT complex and Tex13a in late steps of spermiogenesis, Tex13a-Knockout mice were generated. To check the differential expression profile in elongating spermatids, scRNA-seq were adopted. All exons of Tex13a were knocked-out by CRISPR-CAS9 in C57BL/6 mice. Adult mice testes were pooled and digested with collagenase I and cell suspensions were then subjected to library preaparation. The libraries were sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq X using 150 bp paired end reads. |
