| abstractText | Data from the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) are downloaded and integrated into MGI. MGI represents phenotype data as Mammalian Phenotype (MP) controlled vocabulary annotations to genotype objects. We download data from the IMPC database containing allele and genetic background information to make automated genotype objects in MGI and associate the IMPC assigned MP annotations with these genotypes. These data are thus integrated, displayed and searchable along with MGI's loaded and curated data sets from published resources and other contributed information.
