| molecularNote | A puromycin resistance gene followed by the Hprt minigene with polyadenylation sequence was inserted downstream of exon 16. The insertion is accompanied by a duplication of exons 11 through 16 in addition to premature truncation of the coding region following the Hprt minigene thereby preventing translation of the exons encoding the CUB domain.
