PHENOTYPE: Mice homozygous for an ENU-induced allele show cardiovascular defects including double outlet right ventricle, dextrocardia and atrioventricular septal defects, heterotaxia with situs inversus totalis and right pulmonary isomerism, spleen hypoplasia, mid-line liver, and immotile respiratory cilia.
