PHENOTYPE: Mice homozygous for a targeted deletion are viable with no observed pathologies. Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele exhibit increased frequency with of high-grade dysplasia and higher incidence of tubule-villous adenomas in Apcmin heterozygotes. [provided by MGI curators]
