| abstractText | A genomic clone encoding the mouse luteinizing hormone (LH) beta-subunit was isolated. The nucleotide and the deduced amino-acid sequences show high identity to the rat, bovine and human homologues. This confirms an important role of LH, together with follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), in regulating several aspects of reproduction. |
