| abstractText | The mouse 2',3'-cyclic-nucleotide 3'-phosphodiesterase gene was isolated from a mouse gene library. Restriction endonuclease mapping and DNA sequencing analysis revealed that this gene is about 6 kb long and is separated into three exons by two introns. The transcription initiation site was identified. The mouse cDNA of 2374 bp was obtained and used for the screening and analysis of the gene. |
