| abstractText | A cDNA clone for mouse fibroblast tropomyosin (TM) 5 was obtained from a cDNA library using human TM pseudogene as a probe. Sequence analysis of the clone revealed that the deduced amino acid sequence is different only at the 4th position from the human counterpart and that both the 5' and 3' untranslated regions are highly conserved. |
