| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: New mutant: Wavy-coat, proposed symbol Rewc. Arose in a chronic neutron irradiation experiment. Is dominant with full penetrance, the heterozygote being classifiable a few days after birth by slight bending of the whiskers, which is accentuated near their tips. On the 11th - 12th day the coat starts to grow wavy from the shoulder region, the waves being rather loose. Whiskers of homozygotes are more curved and irregular while the coat waviness tends to develop 1-2 days earlier and is more pronounced. |
