| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: Linkage Data: 7. Soft coat (soc) was first reported in MNL 38. It is linked to Va in L.G. XVI. Backcross data with 154 offspring show recombination of 29.22%. Soft coat is not allelic with matted (ma). Further mapping tests are in progress. 8. Hemimelic extra toes is linked to the W locus in L.G. XVII with 22.68% recombination. This was determined from 238 offspring of a backcross with Fdc (an allele of W, see below). (Southard) |
