| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: New mutations: Rotating. (with M.S. Deol). Three circling mice were found in a litter of AKR/J in May 1964. The mutant is recessive and not linked with albinism. Some of the circling animals recovered in the F2 of an outcross to C57BL/6J have either a small blaze or a belly spot. The anatomical abnormalities, including degeneration of the saccular macula and constrictions in the distal portions of the semicircular canals, are quite different from those of any other known mutant.
