molecularNote  Two mouse bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) transgenic constructs were co-injected to generate this Prism 1861 strain. The BAC RP23-290A18, containing the entire Snap25 gene, was modified by inserting mCherry into the translation start site (ATG) of Snap25. The BAC RP23-172H7, containing the entire Mobp gene, was modified by inserting a HA tagged YFP into the translation start site (ATG) of Mobp. Founder line 1861 was subsequently established.
