molecularNote  This transgene contained the bovine thyroglobulin (TG) promoter and a translocation fusion product of human TPR and human NTRK1, something observed in human papillary thyroid carcinomas. Transgene expression and thyroid-specific expression was verified by RNase protection analysis. Line 5215 was one of three lines established.
