| molecularNote | A 7021-bp full-length human Notch3 cDNA carrying the codon 90 CGT to TGT mutation was ligated to a 2191-bp fragment of the TAGLN gene promoter, including 2126 bp upstream of the initiation transcription site and the complete noncoding first exon.
