molecularNote  This transgene consists of BAC clone 144D14 from Genome Systems that covers 60 kb of sequence upstream of Cdkn1c and 25 kb of sequence downstream of Cdkn1c. The BAC also contains Slc22a18, Phlda2, and exon 15 of Nap1l4 but not the 3' UTR of Kcnq1 which lies about 30 kb downstream of Cdkn1c. Three lines were established; 5D3, 5B6, and 5A2. This is the 1 copy number line.
