molecularNote  The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 3026bp between positions 10278755-10281780 of Chromosome 19 (Genome Build37). Exons 2 and 3 were replaced with a lacZ gene and a loxP-flanked neomycin selection cassette. The loxP-flanked cassette was removed by cre-mediated recombination.
