molecularNote  BAC RP22-455H18, from a 129S6/SvEvTac genomic library, was micro-injected into C57BL/6J one-cell embryos. The BAC contains the complete Nnt gene (plus flanking sequence, possibly including (parts of) flanking genes). Two independent mouse lines were established: B6-TG1 and B6-TG2. In both lines, the transgene complements the NntC57BL/6J null allele.
