| abstractText | MGI accepts data from the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) to create novel non-KOMP targeted and other allele types produced by participating centers of The Knockout Mouse Project 2 (KOMP2) and elsewhere. The refernce creates new targeted allele records and associates mutation details with each allele. Allele mutation details can be found in the Molecular Note section on MGI Allele Detail pages.
