molecularNote  An AGC to GAC change resulting in a serine to aspartate substitution at amino acid 82 (p.S82D) was introduced in exon 2. A loxP-flanked neomycin selection cassette was inserted upstream of exon 2 and removed via cre-mediated recombination. This change results in a phospho-mimetic mutation mimicking constitutive CDK1 phosphorylation.
