| molecularNote | A loxP site was inserted into intron 1 and an FRT site flanked puromycin resistance gene cassette, a second loxP site, and a copy of exon 2 (with CHYSEL (cis-acting hydrolase element) sequence and the EYFP gene inserted in-frame at the 3' end of the CDS and mutations changing six serine codons to alanine) were inserted downstream of the gene.
