| abstractText | We describe the characterization of a polymorphic microsatellite marker, located 1.8 kb downstream of exon 4 in the mouse Fas ligand gene. This (GT) repeat sequence allows the identification of four alleles which can very easily be distinguished by simple agarose electrophoresis. |
