| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: Linkage Data: 1. Work done in collaboration with Drs. Roderick and Womack of the Jackson Laboratory. The Acf-1 locus has been found to be on chromosome 1. Combined data from two backcrosses revealed the following recombinants: Lp and Dip-1 16/87; Lp and Acf-1 18/87; Dip-1 and Acf-1 6/144; Dip-1 and Id-1 15/57; Acf-1 and Id-1 11/57 which gives the following gene order and recombination frequencies: Lp 18.4 +/- 4.2% Dip-1 4.2 +/- 1.7% Acf-1 19.3 +/- 5.2% Id-1 There were no double crossovers between Lp and Acf-1 and one double crossover between Dip-1 and Id-1. |
