| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: 7. Wasted linkage. Wasted (wst) has been located on the distal end of Chr 2. In a mixed cross, Ra +/+ wst x + +/+ wst, in which 461 mice were classified there were 230 Ra +, 112 + wst, 118 + +, and 1 Ra wst giving an RF of 0.93+/-1.3%. Combined data from a coupling IC and a coupling BC with a in which 317 mice were classified give an RF of 22.9+/-2.5 between wst and the agouti locus. (Sweet) |
