| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: H-39. A secondary cell-mediated lymphocytotoxicity response is achieved when C3H.Ttf animals are sensitized with C3H.Ttf/tw18 splenic cells. C3H.Ttf/tw18 differs from C3H.Ttf at the H-39 locus. The response is H-2 restricted and detects H-39 on other t-haplotypes. Skin grafts between B6 and normal, short and no-tail offspring of the cross: C3H.Ttf/tw18 x B6.TOrl are not rejected, indicating that TOrl does not delete the H-39 locus, placing H-39 between quaking and tufted.
