| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: 3. Data from 4 separate intercrosses between dw and md give the information tabulated below. The estimated recombination for all data combined with 1170 offspring is 32.42 +/- 1.89%. Cross: 1; Type: RI; + +: 232; md +: 68; + dw: 99; md dw: 14; Total: 413; RF +/- SE: 39.5 +/- 4.08. Cross: 2; Type: RI; + +: 38; md +: 15; + dw: 17; md dw: 3; Total: 77; RF +/- SE: 36.7 +/- 9.43. Cross: 3; Type: CI; + +: 391; md +: 85; + dw: 90; md dw: 73; Total: 619; RF +/- SE: 29.9 +/- 2.28. Cross: 4; Type: CI; + +: 36; md +: 9; + dw: 9; md dw: 7; Total: 61; RF +/- SE: 34.3 +/- 7.25. Also a repulsion intercross between md and wv in which 196 mice have been raised (96 ++, 45 md +, 42 + wv, 13 md wv) gives a recombination of 44.6 +/- 5.65%.
