| abstractText | Full text of MNL contribution: Research News: Intercrosses of T +/+ qk animals have produced 14 ++/+qk and 6 T qk/+ qk progeny in a total of 575. Correcting for the fact that only 1/2 of T qk chromosomes produce viable progeny, we estimate a recombination value of 4.6%, which is within the range of that reported in MNL by the Jackson Laboratory.
