| description | The goal of this experiment was to define genes differentially expressed between E17.5 Fezf1Hete and Fezf1KO SAC cells, which were isolated by FACS from mice retinae. E17.5 Fezf1Hete and Fezf1KO SACs were isolated by FACS in pools of 100 cells. 13 Fezf1Hete and Fezf1KO replicates were collected from Fezf1GFP/+ and Fezf1GFP/GFP retinas, repectively. cDNA libraries were prepared with Smart-seq2 and Nextera XT (Picelli et al., 2014). Libraries were sequenced on the Illumina NextSeq with paired-end 75bp reads. |
