| description | To identify candidate genes regulated by Atx ablation, transcriptional profiles were generated using murine MOE430 2.0 oligonucleotide arrays. Total RNA from Atx+/+ and Atx-/- E9.5 C57BL/6 mouse embryos was analyzed using six separate arrays. 644 probe sets identified with reproducible ANOVA (p value <0.05, FDR p value <0.05 and mean actual intensity fold change ±1.5) expression changes for comparisons between Atx-/- and Atx+/+ embryos. |
