| description | Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was performed on the CD31-mircrobeads enriched endothelial cells isolated from aorta and heart from eight-week-old, male Ldlr-/- mice fed standard chow (Chow) or diabetogenic high-fat diet with 0.15% cholesterol (DDC) diet for 12 weeks.
