| description | This dataset consists of single-cell RNA-seq (Drop-seq) data from eight days of mouse thymus development. Samples span from embryonic day 12.5, when the thymus coalesces, until birth. They cover the whole thymus, including mesenchyme, endothelium, epithelium, thymocytes, and other lymphocytes.
