| description | This dataset constitutes the first RNA-Seq study of gene expression following sleep deprivation in wild type mice at four different developmental stages, P16, P24, P40 and P90 52 total samples were analyzed. Pre-frontal cortex tissue of P16, P24 and P30 animals was collected at 3 hours of sleep deprivation (SD), prefrontal cortex tissue of P90 animals was collected after 5h of sleep deprivation starting at ZT0 (Lights on). Animals that were left to sleep in their home cage were dissected at the same time of day to control for variations due to circadian rhythms (HC). |
