| description | We investigated how Tfap2b regulates gene expression during embryonic development. Tfap2b +/+ as controls and Tfap2b-/- as mutant embryos at stage E14.5 were collected for RNA-sequencing. Brains from E14.5 embryos were extracted and dissected into prosencephalon (SP) and diencephalon/midbrain/hindbrain (DMH) areas from three female and three male individuals per sex and genotype. Thus, we used 12 embryos x 2 brain ares, which made into 24 samples in total. Four comparisons were made between genotypes in the same brain areas: male SP control v.s. male SP mutant; male MDH control v.s. male MDH mutant; female SP control v.s. female SP mutant;female MDH control v.s. female MDH mutant. |
