| description | This study investigated differential expression in miRNAs during neonatal mouse heart development; particularly in ventricular tissues. We developed a predictive miRNA-gene regulatory network using computational approach. Based on this approach we demonstrated miRNAs role in neonatal heart development and potential role in heart regeneration. Neonatal mouse heart tissues were collected on P01, P04, P9, P23 days. RNA sequencing was performed in all collected heart tissue samples. Four biological replicates were used for each time point. |
